I often describe our design style as timeless and contemporary with a twist. The twist can be in the color selection, font choice, photography, grid layout or unique design elements. Just enough to make something look contemporary and fresh, but can also stand the test of time. We want our clients to feel that we bring great value when they hire us for a project and create work that is not dated or out of style soon after it’s completed. Perhaps even more important these days when the decision on who to hire is more important since it is the beginning of a long-term working relationship.
Watersedge Landscape is a good example of a brand that was designed over 5 years ago and was recently selected for the Logo Lounge Master Library. This book looks at previous publications and selects the best of the best. I was proud to see that a logo we designed in 2004 is still very relevant and looks as if we designed it today. This is a great compliment to our firm and we are very proud to be a part of the Logo Lounge publishing family.
