While brainstorming last week on a fitness ad for Western Athletic Clubs, Bobby and I were throwing around some ideas about creative typography. The ad was centered around a four week program titled “Slim 4 The Holidays”. Our “rap session”, as we like to call it in the studio, was one of those rare moments when all of our ideas seemed to gel. We thought it through, sketched it out, mocked it up, got it approved, photographed it, high-fived, and sent it to print.
